Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Becky Bohan, including:

• Retreats (e.g. Self Care Self Love Retreat)
• Workshops and events
• Group programmes (e.g. Seasons of the Soul, Empower Her Path)
• One-to-one sessions (Empower Hour, Identity Reset, Life Design Pathway)

By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made via the official booking link or website
• Payment can be made either:
  • In full, or
  • Via a non-refundable deposit (£50) with the remaining balance due by 2 weeks before

Important:

• Your space is only secured once payment (full or deposit) has been received
• If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, your space may be released

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

This is clear and firm to protect the integrity of the space and your income:

All payments are non-refundable

However:

• If you cancel or request changes more than 48 hours before the event/session, you may:
  • Transfer your place to another person (name change required), OR
  • Transfer the value to another service (to be used within [suggest: 3 months])
• If you cancel within 48 hours, the booking is non-transferable and non-refundable

 

4. Transfers

If you are transferring your space:

• You must notify us via email with the new attendee’s details
• The new attendee agrees to these Terms & Conditions

 

5. Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to:

Cancel:

• You will receive a full refund OR the option to transfer to another date/service

Reschedule:

• You will be offered:
  • A transfer to the new date, OR
  • Credit towards another service

 

6. Participation & Responsibility

By attending any session, event, or retreat, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
• You will communicate any relevant health conditions where appropriate
• You participate at your own pace and within your own limits

This work is powerful, but it is always self-led and choice-based.

 

7. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our services may include:

• Breathwork
• Emotional processing
• Somatic movement
• Mindset and subconscious work

These are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

You should consult a qualified professional if you have any concerns regarding your health.

 

8. Breathwork Safety

Breathwork can be deeply activating.

You agree that:

• You will inform us of any relevant medical conditions (e.g. pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions, severe mental health conditions)
• You will take full responsibility for your participation
• You can stop at any time

 

9. Confidentiality

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful space.

• Personal sharing within sessions or group containers is confidential
• You agree to respect the privacy of others
• No recording or sharing of other participants without consent

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials shared (including Life Design Pathway™, Mindset Rewire™, Body Reset & Release™):

• Remain the intellectual property of Becky Bohan
• May not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission

 

11. Behaviour & Boundaries

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session, programme, or event if:

• Behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful
• Boundaries of the space are not honoured

No refund will be issued in this situation.

 

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation
• You attend and participate at your own risk
